Floral tea, mellowed body, a sweet mouthfeel with a tartaric acidity.
Three single-origin roasts from Tamil Nadu, and a bar full of ways to brew them.
Each roast comes from one estate and owns one colour, on the bag, the card and the menu. Pick yours by the cup it makes.
Floral tea, mellowed body, a sweet mouthfeel with a tartaric acidity.
Berrilious acidity, a complex mouthfeel and a lingering dark jaggery finish.
Nice citrus acidity, heavy body and a lingering roasted nut finish.
The window where coffee tastes like itself.
Freshly roasted coffee is still releasing CO₂. Too early, the cup is harsh. Too late, it's flat. Somewhere between day 4 and day 22 it blooms. We roast in small batches so every cup we pour, and every bag we sell, sits inside that window.

The South Indian classic in a brass dabarah. The Straaang Kaapi for the brave, Sweet Kaapi with condensed milk, and Classic Reimagined, as close to tradition as it gets, with 100% Arabica.
Espresso, macchiato, cortado, cappuccino, flat white, and the Melange, an Austrian favourite.
A very bright, clean cup that lets a single estate speak. Also iced.
Immersion and pressure for a strong, balanced cup; or a steeped, refreshing one.
Brewed drip by drip over a day and a half. Also infused with nitrogen, or as a cold drip latte.
Smooth and naturally sweet. Try it with tender coconut water, orange, passion fruit or maple and spice.
Espresso tonics, an iced honey Americano, and the Madras Bombon: espresso and condensed milk in equal parts.
Frappes with no synthetic mixes, luxury loose-leaf and cold-brew teas, and மச்சா, matcha?

All three roasts come as 250 g bags of whole beans. Pick one up at the café. Tell us how you brew at home and we'll point you to the right one.
